	On this page you will find a number of thumbnail views of some of our maps. Unfortunately, the technology behind the Web does not show off the high quality of a printed map, as computer monitors run at 72dpi (dots per inch), whereas the printed map is run at 2500dpi. Therefore, if you run your mouse cursor over the small images on this page, a smaller window should open with an enlargement of that map, in greater detail - but not in Navigator it won't. Sorry, you'll have to use IE4+. Scanned images of maps tend to be large, and will therefore take some time to load. Load times will depend on a varierty of factors, principally the speed of your modem, and the amount of internet traffic at the time.
