Tickets

Tickets are now available for the 2010 Birmingham Tattoo and can be ordered in the following ways.

ONLINE
Tickets can be booked online at The Ticket Factory.

BY TELEPHONE
Telephone bookings can be made by calling 0844-338-8000. 
Opening times 9am-9pm (7 days a week). 
Major credit cards are accepted.

Disabled bookings should call 0844-581-0777.
Opening times 9am-9pm (7 days a week)
Disabled customers are advised to book early.

Groups of 10 or more please call Group Bookings on freephone 0800 358 0058.
Opening times Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Group booking discounts available.

IN PERSON
Tickets can be purchased in person from The NIA Box Office, open on event days only. Please telephone to check opening times on 0871 945 6000 before you travel.

Tickets are subject to NIA booking fees. For tickets priced at £10 and above please add £2 per ticket. For tickets priced over £20 please add £2.50 per ticket. For tickets priced below £10 please add £1 per ticket. For personal callers no booking fee is payable when paying by cash.

A transaction fee of £1.70 per booking applies to telephone, postal and internet bookings. For personal callers no transaction fee is payable.

All visitors who have a disability, attending concerts or events are advised to call our Dedicated Telephone Ticket Line number (0844-581-0777), when booking tickets.

Please inform us at the time of booking if you need a wheelchair space and any special requirements, so that we can arrange for everything to be ready upon your arrival. We will also help you find the most convenient seating for visually impaired people.

Owing to the sound levels involved, we strongly recommend that you do not bring Assistance Dogs to concerts or other loud events.

Please note that all tickets are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
