The Tiger...

The Tiger Inn is located centrally within Driffield at 65 Market Place and is the most southerly building within Market Place. Originating from the early 19th century the pub retains strong regular trade whilst offering the towns nomadic drinker a rewarding port of call. The largely untouched period frontage is reflected inside by a traditional welcome and ambience.

The pubs landlord team Mick and Irene Walton are the individuals responsible for the upkeep of the Inn. Resident since 1988 Irene says "Keep your head down, keep going and smile. Always say good evening and goodnight." Irene adds "…we also have the cleanest ladies loos in town."

If a quality beverage enjoyed in a town centre establishment possessing the air of a village local is your fare, take a look in the Tiger. Watch out for the Elephants!
