We are pleased to offer you our account facility with our company for any journey
undertaken by us.
Please find detailed below the conditions attached to an account: -
1. Any journey taken will be recorded on an account docket in which the passenger
travelling will be expected to sign as proof of the journey.
2. Your account runs from the first to the last day of each month.
3. Your VATable invoice will be forwarded to you after the finish of the last day of
every month.
4. Payment is required by the 15th day after the date of the invoice.
5. The following methods of payment are accepted: -
- Cheques, made payable to 'AAA Cars'
- All major credit cards.
- B.A.C.S. - Bank Details: Barclays Bank, 2 Carfax, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1DN
